Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. The 3% we retain is to cover the credit card processing fees that were charged to us. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Ideally Located Cabins
Our cabins are all located in easily accessible resorts (without scary roads). Brookstone Village is only 1/2 a mile off the Parkway in Pigeon Forge and Eagles Ridge North is only 2 miles off the Parkway. We now have exciting new fantasy themed properties located in The Forgotten Forest, in Sevier County not far from Exit 407 (the Pigeon Forge exit) off I-40.
