The Frame TV is designed to look like artwork when not in use. It should be set to sense motion and show artwork when you are in the room and not watching TV. If the TV is operating in this way, please do not change this behavior nor change the artwork being displayed.
You can use the apps to log in to your own streaming services, such as Netflix. Please remember to log out of your accounts before check-out.
Cable channels are available for streaming through the DIRECTV app. Please do not log our account out of the app.
